CBSA is a full-service Third Party
Administrator (TPA) of employee benefit plans. In addition to
designing self funded medical plans, CBSA
offers Medical Management services
including utilization review, large case management, disease
management and wellness provided through Guided2Healthsm,
a fully integrated in-house service.
Specialized administrative services
are provided for the requirements of the
Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA)
and the Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA). Flexible Benefit Compensation Plans are
also established and administered.
A number of ancillary products such
as dental,
disability, and life insurance are available as additions to
CBSA administered medical benefit plans or as stand-alone coverages.
